Personal. Private. Prepared.
Life went digitalWe got all the admin work
The renewal buried in an inbox. The portal demanding another password. The policy number last seen three phones ago.
“Do it online” promised us an easier life. The portal replaced the human and the work landed on us. It steals our precious time and saps our energy. And it’s often not just our own admin: likely our partners’, kids’ and at some point, our parents’ too.
Life happens. Illness, an accident, a death – and whether it’s expected or not – when the worst happens, the digital world can be really hard to navigate. Families can find themselves locked out of exactly what they need to take care of things.
alvovi is being built to change that.
One private place for everything that keeps life running. Find it instantly, see what’s coming, and let the right people step in.
Offered through employers. Controlled by the employee.

YouGov for Octopus Legacy, 2026, 2,000 UK working adultsThe problem
Nobody applied to be CEO of everything
Somehow we all got the job. One login at a time.
What used to live in a folder now needs a search party.
Passwords in a notebook. Statements in an app. The warranty in a drawer, probably. Subscriptions quietly renewing themselves somewhere. And the household to-do list stored in somebody’s head.
Then life gets bigger.
ChildrenAgeing parentsCaringIllnessBereavement
Many aren’t just running their own lives. They’re helping to run everybody else’s.
And none of it politely waits until after work.
Life admin has already merged with work.
The gap
Plenty of tools. No joined-up answer
Cloud storage keeps files. Password managers keep logins. Provider portals keep individual accounts. Employee assistance programmes provide valuable advice and crisis support.
But the person in the middle still has to join everything together.
Still searching. Still remembering. Still carrying it all.
That’s the problem alvovi is being built to solve.
What we’re building
What if the important stuff was simply there?
Just right there. Exactly when you need it.
Scan it. Sorted.
Snap the document. Label it. Done.
Find it. Fast.
The hospital letter. The home insurance. The boiler warranty from 2021. Found in seconds.
Stay one step ahead.
See what’s coming. A nudge before it bites. No auto-renewal regrets.
Let the right people in.
You decide who sees what. A partner. A daughter. Nobody gets the lot, unless you want them to.
Run more than one life.
Yours. Dad’s, with you helping. The kids’, until they’re ready to take over.
Keep it current.
One check a year. Still right? Still due? Still the right people? Done.
Life admin.
Sorted.
Personal. Private. Prepared.
Employer value
A benefit people will actually use
alvovi is hands-on help. A tool people use for the things they’re already trying to manage.
For your people, less to carry. For you, a benefit they’ll notice and thank you for.
It’s a door into practical help for a pressure that follows your people day and night.
Will people use it and keep using it? Will it make life admin feel easier? Will employers see enough value to keep providing it?
We intend to build something they won’t want to live without.
That’s exactly what our founding pilots will test.
Privacy
Their life. Their information. Their call
Personal information should stay personal.
alvovi is being designed so document contents can be read only by the person they belong to and the trusted people they authorise.
Never by alvovi. Never by their employer.
No real information will enter a founding pilot until the security design has been independently reviewed and the required safeguards are in place.
A benefit you provide. A private space they control.
Employers see
Only the number of people using alvovi.
Employers never see
- Documents
- Labels
- Reminders
- Individual activity

Founding pilot
Help us build the benefit we all wish was already here
Founding pilots are planned for early 2027. We’re looking for a small first group of employers who recognise the problem and want to help shape a better answer.
You won’t be handed a finished product and asked to applaud. You’ll help us test it properly.
What’s in it for you
- A founding rate as a thank you
- First access, before anyone else
- A say in how it works and how it’s explained
- A defined 90-day pilot with the founders alongside you
- The findings, honestly reported, whether or not you carry on
What we ask
- A named contact
- Help choosing and introducing the staff group
- Help explaining the pilot to your people
- Time for a few agreed check-ins
- Honest feedback, from you and from the people who used it
What we’ll find out
- Can people get started?
- Can they find what they need?
- Does it make a real job easier?
- Do they come back?
- Where do they get stuck?
- Would they miss it if it disappeared?
Explore a founding pilotTest it with us and tell us the truth. If alvovi earns its place, you’ll have helped shape it, and our thank you is a founding rate for as long as you stay.
Less to carry at home means less carried into work. That’s good for your people, and good for you.

Questions
In case you’re wondering
Is alvovi already live?
alvovi is in development. Founding pilots are planned for early 2027, after the required security review and preparation.
What will our organisation see?
Only how many people are using it. Never who, never what. No documents, labels, reminders or individual activity.
What will we need to do?
A named contact, help choosing and introducing the staff group, a few check-ins and honest feedback at the end.
Is an enquiry a commitment?
No. The first step is a conversation. If there’s a potential fit, the scope and terms will be set out clearly before either side commits.
What happens afterwards?
We’ll share the findings. The organisation can then decide whether it wants to continue when the service launches. Nothing rolls over unless you choose it.
Can staff use real information?
Yes, once the independent security review is complete and the agreed safeguards are in place. Nothing real goes in before then.
What does it cost?
Nothing for the pilot. If you carry on afterwards, founding pilots pay a locked founding rate, agreed in writing before anything starts. Nothing in the letter of intent commits you to a paid rollout.
What happens if someone leaves?
Their account is theirs. They keep full service free for three months, then choose to stay on personally, bring alvovi to their next employer or take their whole archive with them. Nobody loses their documents.
